hello everybody, we are using the simple portal but we can add a pic on homepage please tell us who is file do edit? We are using the portal mode on frontpage.

i want to add a own pic on frontpage but i was using sp on front page now you tell us how file which edit to add a pic html or php code.

If you just want to put a photo and maybe some text or link on your front page - put it in a block.
Make a Simple Portal block using bbc code or custom html type standard blocks. Set it to appear on the portal page.
In the block when editing, all you need to do is put in the code with the url of your photo.
You can find good examples searching the internet for something like ' bbcode image link', or ' insert image html'. Your choice which you prefer - bbcode or html.

tell us via options first go to the admin area next?

Admin -> Simpleportal -> Blocks -> Add Block
Then just select the block type Custom BBC or Custom HTML as igirisjin listed.

Navigat to the top menu for blocks and look under there for different topics
There is new documentation by Angelina but not sure if it is visible to you.
