Well... you could generate PayPal code here => https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_donate-intro-outside and add it inside HTML block.

It's really easy. I hate to say it but go on paypal and "search". I hate saying that to people, but all you do is type in your info and it generates the code. copy the text code, it even gives you a button to select the code, click ctrl c on your keyboard. Then go to add block and select HTML. Paste the code by hitting ctrl v. You can even add text before and after the code to display anything you would like to say in the box before people click donate. I have NO coding experience but it doesn't get much easier. Coming on here and saying "I take it you don't offer boxes" with that tone, when a simple search can be done by anyone that can operate a PC, is kind of uncool. Now my request is for a box or assistance with code to offer a box to register for paid subscritions that are linked to that members account is a little different. The box would have to take that users information and set all the required parameters that SMF offers in your profile to subscribe and make it work as if you were making the selection from your profile.
Making custome buttons on ebay is really, really simple. A better approach with your post would have been to say "DOES SP offer any mod boxes or add-ons for PayPal Donations?" Not "So I take it that SP doesn't offer any mod boxes or add-ons for PayPal Donations?". try to be a little more on the tactful side when asking for support. You will generally get a more useful reply. Best of luck to you.
