Topic: Recent Image Attachments section, unwanted images

I have a feeling that there is not going to be an easy answer to this problem, but if I don't ask I won't find out.

We have a section on the forum where members have to have digitally signed that they are over 18 in order to gain access. Its not a pornographic section, but we are open to members as young as 13 and we have this section if anyone feels that a subject or images should not be shared with someone of this age group. As you might have already guessed, the problem has arisen that if a member posts an image to the over 18's section that image is also displayed on the 'Recent Image Attachments' section of the portal page. I really don't want to lose that section of the portal because I think its a great idea, but cannot think of a way around it.

Anyone any ideas?

This would require some customization.

Just as the BoardNews block has a parameter for choosing which boards the topics come from, this block could have a parameter for limiting which boards the attachments come from.

Please have a look at the recent attachments block in PortalBlocks.php and come back here with any questions.  What I hope is that a dev can get back to you with the easy way to do this.

The way the BoardNews works would be perfect.

Sorry if I am asking a very naive question, but where to I find PortalBlocks.php? I have done a search for this and I find many references to the name but not the actual code.

Ahhh, understood.

I will find both the recent attachments function and the board news function and see if I can figure out how to adapt the required part from the news function and add it to the image attachment.

Sorry to say its all over my head, so I think it better if I post it as a feature request on the other board
