Topic: Blocks do not show in forum integration not showing

Blocks do not show in forum, integration not showing.
I have set up to have a bloc show in the forum only and have tried and had it set to everywhere.
The portal works if I use it but the in forum only it does not show up.
No error and portal works good, but blocks in the forum are not working.

Need help to finish my new site never used this option of integration but everything seems set as it should
but it does not show.

When set to integration, I think you still need to set the blocks to show in portal, to be seen in forum board index.

I have a site that I have it set to integration, instead of front page, and they show, because I have it set to show in Portal and Forum.

This is what I did for testing:

1) Set the Portal Mode to Integration in Admin > SimplePortal > Configuration > General Settings page.
2) Went to the edit page for a block and set Show Block On option to Forum.
3) The block was displayed on all forum pages.

Is this what are asking about? Sorry but I'm having difficulties understanding your sentences as they seem incomplete to me.

In order to have the blocks showing everywhere on the forum, you need to select Everywhere.
Or, you can go advanced, and select which boards, actions, and pages to show them in.

Setting Show Block On option to Forum will make it so that the block is displayed on all pages except for the portal page. If you are using the Integration mode, that basically means everywhere.

I always thought that was just to show on forum index...
I never used just forum setting, as all my blocks usually get used on multiple areas, so I'd do everywhere, or choose where...lol

If you want to show a certain block only on the board index, you should check Forum option in Advanced Display Options.
