Allow access in maintenance mode - Shoutbox

I know this is a similar question to the previous one but it's different so I'm not posting in the other topic ;)

So as the title says is there a way in order to show up the shoutbox (with its permissions) despite the portal is in maintenance mode? Yep, I know I'm annoying I'm sorry xD my forum has very special needs >_< that's why I have so many mods...
