Topic: Problems in : "PortalBlocks.php"

Hi all,
I am receiving for quite some time hundreds of two types of errors in my SMF installation with SimplePortal when registered user access main page (Portal).
Errors occurs even when I disable all blocks with custom PHP scripts.
I waited for SimplePortal version 2.3.6 hoping it will fix these problems, but unfortunately it did not.
Can someone help me find out whats wrong in my installation please? I tried my best, but unlucky, without any result.
Page itself runs fine and shows everything, but it generate excessive amount of SGL queries when writing to error log, so access to database is slowed down for this reason.
So I need to get rid of these errors.
Server versions:
Custom Theme: Reference 2.0
SMF Verison: 2.0.9
SimplePortal 2.3.6
MySQL: 5.1.73
PHP: 5.5

I disabled template eval in server settings and got this:

I am sorry to hear you are having issues, let us see if we can resolve the problem.
Do you have some sort of custom php block enabled for blogs or articles ?

I do have some custom PHP scripts in blocks on main page.
I tried to disable these block but I still get those errors.

Could you disable template evaluation and see what the error points to now?
