The file is located at '{forum directory}/Sources/SPortal2.php'.

I had a look over that topic, that edit doesn't seem to work with SP 2.2.2.

Try this edit:
Find this code (SPortal2.php file).
Code: [Select]
' . (empty($board) ? '{query_see_board}
AND t.id_first_msg >= {int:min_msg_id}' : 'b.id_board = {int:current_board}')

Replace with this code:
Code: [Select]
{query_see_board}
AND b.id_board IN (1, 2, 3, 4)'

You can replace the '1, 2, 3, 4' with the list of boards that you want to be shown.

2.3 has an inbuilt list for that block, you can select multiple boards from that list at the same time. ;)

Ok, but this works only for SPortal2.php

what about SPortal1-1.php? The tags are different.

I found some piece of code similar to the RC 2.0 version which looks like:

Code: [Select]
WHERE " . (empty($board) ? $user_info['query_see_board'] . "
AND t.ID_FIRST_MSG >= " . ($modSettings['maxMsgID'] - 45 * min($limit, 5)) : "b.ID_BOARD = $board") . "

Do you guys know what replacement would work for this case?

in my case it'd be more useful to EXCLUDE a couple of boards than making lots of them public, but i'll be fine with any effort of yours that comes to the same result.

Thank you a lot in advance.
