Topic: I DONT SEE ANY OPTION TO CHANGE THE FORUMS WITH SIMPLE PORTAL [HELP]

Hi guys,

I have installed my Simple portal to my 2.1 RC 1-1 forums..
But I dont see any option to change my forums with it?
I used package parser, cleared cache and more...

Other suggestions? Please help me !

Basically you can either use the portal as a standalone, or integrate the pages into the forum ( portal blocks showing in forum).

For example in the forum if you have the gallery installed and you have the gallery block on the portal then some of the items in the gallery will show on the portal.

A lot of it is trial and error when trying out the portal but it doesn't take long to get used to.

Sorry about the wait on this issue.

Firstly, could you please post a link to your website? SimplePortal should come up automatically on your front page with some default settings, when you install it. Its possible that you haven't installed it correctly.

Your SimplePortal settings should be located within the SMF admin area, under SimplePortal -> Configuration -> General Settings. If there is nothing, then make sure that you are using the english language when viewing the admin area (that can sometimes help).
