Double Seperators in Articles
« on: November 23, 2008, 08:36:56 AM »

There are 2 lines between the post time, poster and that information and the actual content. I know the one on top is a hr and the bottom one is border-top in the CSS for posts. Since the <hr> is overlapping with the avatar as well, I want to get rid of that, but I'm not really sure what file I'm supposed to be editing. I'm using SMF 2.0 Beta 4, and SimplePortal Classic 2.0.5.

Also, I want to move the SimplePortal copyright into the footerarea div due to some CSS styling issues, and I don't know what file I'm supposed to be looking at. :(

Any help appreciated. :)

Thank you, I got it. :)

If anyone else is having the same problem, I just got rid of line 111 in SPortal2.template.php in the Themes directory(default theme).

Still haven't figured out what to do about the footer though.

The footer issue is annoying, although the fix that was implemented and is messing  with your forums footer is temporary. The next version of SimplePortal has a more effective method of placing the link/copyright in the correction location.

This is fixed too.

Problem is "post" class already having an hr.
And slowly, you come to realize... It's all as it should be...
