Title: How do i install sp into my forums

i got a ftp but were do i place the files and what do i do to them im really new at this if you can tell

1) You need to have SMF installed to install SimplePortal, see the SMF Installation Guide (http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?board=2.0;sort=subject).
2) Once SMF is installed on your site, you can upload SimplePortal and install it via the SMF Package Manager (http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?board=49.0).
3) Configure SimplePortal to meet your needs.
