Title: $custom_action Mod, need help.

So, I made my own Menu items, [Home, Forums, Admin... that menu], except I don't know how to make the forum highlight the current Tab i am in, depending on whatever button I clicked on.

$current_action seems to me its about /index.php?action=[action]

is there a way I can use the pages I created with SimplePortal and have a current action so that the highlighted tab comes up when I click on it, right now it defaults to Home.

By the way, I am using the Latest SimplePortal and SMF 2.x
