How to edit text that I circled it, anyone know, if you know how to edit text that I circled please reply to this thread, thanks

You can edit, disable or remove it. It is normally under an HTML block named "Welcome"

 ;)

oh ... I did not delete it .. how to add a display lg and welcome again, how ..

I pressed the wrong button ...  :'( :'( :'(

Did you delete it or not delete it?

If you did not delete it, you can re-enable it.

If you want a new block, you can create a new block, and make it the first of your top blocks.
That ought to do the trick!
