Topic: Cannot Load "Main" template in Admin-Area ! HELP !!!

Hello !

The installation in my test-forum was successfull (SMF 1.1.5, with DilberMC and SP 2.1). So, i take the decission, to install the SimplePortal in my Primary-Forum-Page.

During the installation via the package-manager i see a "failure" in the index.php.

I follow with installation, because i was thinking i can edit the index.php later manually...

This was necessary, because i have some errors to enter my page. After i was fixing this (i saw my Forum-page without Forum, looks like a clean SP-installation, with logo,nav-bar, colors, etc...).

"Fine" i was thinking, "i need only to add some blocks !"

but when i want to enter the admin-panel (to add some blocks). I was reading (in my native german language) "Cannot load the `main´ template".

This meaning, i have no Access to my forum, because i never can enter the Admin-Area !!!!!

I follow the instruction for the manual installation. After this, i have an error to, when i call my page:
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function sportal_vital() in .... /Sources/Subs.php on line 3507"

I checked this double, all is OK.

Need Help, please !

After i feel totally nervous, for not to have access to my forum-admin-panel ( ), i restore my forum with a backup.

no it looks like it is function.

i will reinstall simpleportal later again, but befor i do this i will uninstall (not delete !) all the other mods. Do you think, this can be helpful for not to have the same problems ?

From your site it appears that you managed to resolve your issues when you reinstalled SimplePortal.
