Title: Are SimplePortal Settings Deleted During Uninstall?

When do Uninstall SimplePortal whether all settings are lost, deleted?
How to save the settings and switch to the new version?

When you uninstall SimplePortal, all settings on database are still kept.
Then, when you install the new version, they are all still there.
