Title: Shoutbox for guests?

I want to know. This is possible?? Can guests be allowed to shout?

I do not think guests can shout ... I think it requires custom code - I think there is something about this if you search in the customization board.

I love spammers :). I need shoutbox open for guest only in selected time by me(when I am login).

If the code has changed for 2.3.5 and you cant get it working, perhaps a chat module would do - wibiya mod on SMF might work for guests.
It worked well on my site but we dont have a lot of use for it.
