I'd like to be able to have blocks appear 'collapsed' on default, rather than visible as a whole. Some of the blocks contain information that can be useful, but isn't exactly 'must have' viewing requirement. Being able to have them collapsed as a default would be good

Wow how coincidental. Was working on something today and wishing that was an option.
I will be most interested in the answer to this too. I have a right block that I would like in forum view, but I'd like it to start out collapsed but available when needed. Some items aren't used regularly, but are used often enough, so it would be a nice addition if it was possible. I used to think that is what active meant, and if you unchecked it that it would be there but just collapsed. I soon found out that it meant it wasn't there at all. grin
