Title: Can't move or delete blocks SMF 2.0 Beta 4 Public

Hi all, I found this bug while trying to move or delete a block from Simpleportal.  I am using SMF 2.0 Beta 4 Public with SQLite as my database.

When I try to delete or move I get the following error.

SQL logic error or missing database
near "LIMIT": syntax error

Line: 1638

I am thinking it is because I am using SQLite but thought you guys would like to know.

Hum i think i need to install a test server with sqllite and postgre sql to test this :x.
At the moment i can not confirm it or say it work :). (But i will test it)
