Title: Backslashes repeatedly added to Page Titles on preview

SMF version 1.1.11
SimplePortal 2.3.2 pre-release
 
"preview" and "edit page" don't treat the page title the same way.
Preview backslash-quotes certain characters -- repeatedly.
I have not observed this behavior when adding a block.
 
Hitting Preview While Editing a Page
What I did
 

• Created a new Page with a title including an apostrophe (single quote)
• While working on the page, previewed the page several times

  Observed behavior
On each press of the preview button, a "\" backslash was added before the single quote character.
 
Creating a Page without hitting Preview
What I did
 

• Created a new page, saved it without hitting Preview

  Observed behavior
No backslash-quoting of the single-quote character observed.

I wasn't aware of this bug, but I seem to have fixed it while fixing this bug:

I was able to reproduce it with pre-2.3.2 but not with the latest 2.3.2 package I attached here:

That's good.  I'm sorry I missed the latest release candidate.
