Title: Board news won't go to the right Topic and post.

Hello there. For some reason when I enable board news it wants to jump straight to the first post on just one topic. I keep trying to change the Post ID but it won't register. Can someone help me please? what is the format for the Post ID?

EDIT : to clarify say at the top of the main index there is a board for site news, well in that board there are 4 topics, one being site news. I want the last post on that site news topic to be in the board news block but no matter what I put for the ID it just jumps to a random topic in that section and won't reset no matter what I put. Unless I change the board ID.
