You have other problems, as well.
Starting at the top, you've got a problem with the HTML line -- too many definitions of xmlns:fb.
You've also used a <noscript> tag in the head, where it is not allowed.
within block 7 I believe the problem is within the block itself.
within the sp_block_7, you open <div class="centertext"> but do not close it again.
this means that the closing </div> for
<div id="sp_block_7" class="sp_block_section" >
gets used to close the contents of that block. which is what messes you up, I think.
Please look at the HTML just which goes inside block_7, and make sure all the tags are properly matched.
