Title: Installation "Test failed" errors

Running SMF 2 RC3 (default/core theme) and trying to install SP 2.3.2 with  the following mods installed:

• InLine Attachments      1.06 Beta
• SMF Gallery Pro      3.0.3
• Footnotes      1.06

All else passes.  I've not yet finished installation of the package until making certain I don't dig myself into a hole.  Image of error included below.

Continue with the installation process then make the missing edit (the first edit for the Subs.php file), if you attach your Subs.php file (after installing SimplePortal) then someone here might be able to help with that.

Here is the subs.php that was recommended I attach - what sort of edits (as indicated by my first post's attachment) are needed?  Thanks for the help!

I have applied the remaining edit to the attached file.
