Title: Article Preview Break

Purpose: Allowing people to cut the article preview at the selected line per article instead of having a global default value of maximum characters.
What to do: Adding a BBCode like [articlebreak], rewriting the article system to detect that BBCode and cut the article preview in frontpage at that very line.
Example: In this very example, you can see a break line being placed. Everything before that break line appears in the article preview but the rest only appears when you click "Read the rest" button and go to the forum topic.

Other Notes: The example photo is from vB4, not all the WYSIWYG magic is needed. Just a bbcode would do the job.

We already have this, the correct tag is [cutoff].
