Title: SMF Mod Request : Permissions for certain posts.

After no reply from SMF Community members, i seek for help here.
i require permissions that will allow to edit specified posts with the posts id (ex:142,156) instead of whole board.
It should allow to edit these posts even of its locked or sticky.
