Title: Board News Block: Deletion Bug

First, may I suck up and say what a great portal this is? Is way easy to set up and get going they way I want it.

Now. If you use the Board news Block and delete a forum post in the category you choose to use the block in, it starts randomly pulling from other categories!

To resolve this issue you must redo your post counts! Why it does it, I have no clue.

BoardNews block is revised. Hopefully that will fix it.
