Title: Theme Select Block Showing Different Image Of Theme

  This is probably due to the creation of a custom theme and still showing the original theme image. So i would like to know where i would change this after uploading a new image of the custom theme?

If you are talking about themes and theme thumbnails -- this is out-of-the-box SMF stuff, and the best place for help is at SimpleMachines.org. There are a lot more people available to help over there.
 
Every theme can have its thumbnail in its images/thumbnail.gif file.
If you create a custom theme, you can edit a screenshot to produce the image you need.
For more on the best way to do that, again, your best source of help is simplemachines.org.
