Title: Hey, this is going to sound daft, but how do I add custom blocks?

I want to add that custom block.. Not sure how though to do it though. New to portals. Any help?

* Go to Blocks List
* Hit "add block"
* Choose "php block"
* Put the desired php code in that block.

You'll want to read all the "blocks" topics, I think.
