I installed SP 2.3.5 on my SMF 2.0.8 forum. But when i install and apply it, only text comes. I mean, everything is on the left side.
Hope you understand!

Atyen,
Hello & welcome to Simple Portal.
Were there any flagged errors during the installation process that you ignored without parsing?
Does Simple Portal display properly when you opt to use the default theme (Curve)?

There were no errors. Everything went fine.

With reference to this thread:
http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=525754.0
Make sure of the following:
- custom themes being used are installed since you used the upgrade package
- themes that were manually deleted (files) must also be omitted from your SMF Admin->Themes section
- SMF's directory settings are correct
- Simple Portal's directory settings are correct (if adjusted when previously installed)
To ensure main SMF directory settings are correct you can use the repair settings tool which is located here:
http://download.simplemachines.org/index.php?thanks;filename=repair_settings.php
Instructions to use that tool are located here:
http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Repair_settings.php
Recommended directory settings will be displayed as links below each input when using the tool.
Imo simply click on all the links which will auto adjust the SMF directory settings and then save the form.
I am giving you these specific instructions as it sounds as though you have some directory settings which are incorrect. When your forum is not able to load the necessary css and js files it can behave as you describe.
Please attempt what I instructed and let us know if it resolves your issue.
Regards.
