Title: error when installing version 2.1.1 on SMF 1.1.8

During installation of the mod package, I received this error:

16. Execute Modification ./Themes/default/languages/Who.english-utf8.php Test failed

Is it safe to go ahead with the install?

It is safe, although if you use english UTF8 then you may want to perform the failed edit after you install it. If you don't know how then post your '/Themes/default/languages/Who.english-utf8.php' file as an attachment and I can do it.
