So, I got SMFBlog and SimplePortal working together, but how do I make the actual blog part not be just links, and make it the entire post? Thank you. I am also wondering, if there isn't a way to do that, how do I make it like the Home page of SimplePortal where its the posts and you can click read more? Thank you again.

Without a link to your site, and link to stuff in general, it's basically impossible to give you a detailed nor an useful reply, I'm afraid. Please provide more details.
Note: this may fall into custom coding area, too.
