Title: recent from the gallery... options

hi again :D
i have smf media gallery installed in my forum, i'm using the media gallery block, the problem is, it views any uploaded file to the gallery

can the code be edited so that the files viewed are:
1. of certain extension, like mp3, wav, ram, jpeg
2. from a certain album in the gallery

Not sure about mp3 and wav etc but the pics in my gallery are set so they are randomly shown on the portal.
