  • {OCS}MasterSeal: I know this SB isnt' for support, but I just have a general question. Who would I contact to find out where SP stores its block info? Is it DB driven or files? I searched the site but came up with nothing. probably my fault any insight is appreciated.

Blocks over the forum are not working..

Well.. i just installed Simpleportal in a clean SMF 2.0 RC1.2 installation and I have tried in many ways through administration to make blocks work for example when you are viewing a topic but the simply dont show...

What 'Display Options' have you been setting for each block?

Setting the 'Forum' option when the 'Advanced Options' mode is on, should show that block on the right page.

I mean.. whats the way of doing it. In SimplePortal  "General Settings" and in Portal Mode I choose Integration, why doesnt it integrates with the forum? The portal just disappears.

Use 'Front Page' mode, you can still put blocks in the forum... The difference between 'Forum Integration' and 'Front Page' mods, is the displaying of the portal, you can show blocks in your forum with both modes. (I suppose 'Front Page' is a bit of a misnomer because of that)
