Title: Latin-1 Entitiy Editing Problem

The Custom HTML text block loads all the Latin-1 Entities in its decimal form instead of there orignal latin entity while editing.

Inshort :
"&lt;" will load into "<" instead of "&lt;" while editing.

"&amp;" will load into "&" instead of "&amp;" while editing.

I guess you mean HTML entities. I wasn't able to reproduce this on demo forum. What is your SMF and SP version? Would you please provide a sample code?
