Title: Blocks on forum page?

Can I have blocks on other pages then the SimplePortal mainpage? Like on the side of the foumpages?

Depends. What version of Simple Portal are you running? Likewise what version of Simple Machines?

At the moment, that is a feature of SimplePortal 2.1 which is still being made, you will have to wait for its release before you can use blocks on pages apart from the portal.
