In the German support board are 4 support topics, I'm just a translator/moderator and have no idea how to solve the problems the members having with SP.
I will try my best to translate the German questions into English. :)

The member wants to know how to change the size of the font of the title of the blocks.
I know there is a Title style option, what exactly can be changed with that and what must be add there?

Adding an image to the shoutbox doesn't work

Is there a way to delete all shouts with one click or must be shouts delete one by one?

This member made manual an upgrade to SMF 2.0 RC2. She installed the German language pack for SP after this she can't see any more in the admin section the configuration section for SP

1. In the style field he can set specific sizes with 'font-size: 10px'. Change 10 to whatever they want. They could also use the default SMF sizes by adding a class to the title class field. They are 'smalltext', 'normaltext' and 'headertext' I think there is more. Maybe 'largertext'. I could be wrong with these classes, I don't get into the CSS that often...
2. Do they have the 'img' tag adding in the shoutboxes settings? In 'YourSite » Administration Center » Shoutbox » Shoutbox List' Then edit the relevant shoutbox and check the allowed bbc settings.
3. By the looks of it there currently is no option to do multiple removals. Something that we probably should change in the future...
4. The Sources/Admin.php file would have been overwritten. A Simple Portal reinstall should fix this.
