Title: Shout Box Issues

I have just upgraded to SMF 2.0 Gold and install Portal 2.3.3.  Configure the shout box to show with everything.  As admin I can see the shout box with out any issues, but regular members can't see it.   :'( Any help would be great.  Thanks in advance.

Have you set permissions correctly?

Did you use "one group" or "all groups" in permissions?
You probably want "one group".
"All groups" means the user has to belong to ALL of the groups in order to see it...
