Title: How to remove the Welcome to SimplePortal! News on front page?

I am not knew to portals but I am new to SimplePortal. Can someone tell me how to remove the
Welcome to SimplePortal! and the news that shows up about SimplePortal by default upon fresh install

Admin > SimplePortal > Blocks

You can modify or delete "Welcome" block there.

It figures, I looked everywhere but in the blocks section. I did not think it was a block.
