  • {OCS}MasterSeal: I know this SB isnt' for support, but I just have a general question. Who would I contact to find out where SP stores its block info? Is it DB driven or files? I searched the site but came up with nothing. probably my fault any insight is appreciated.

Here is my problem :/ ;


It does still on all themes i try :/ this only occurs on my portal blocks not on the forum

I have the latest version off Simple Portal and
SMF 2.0 RC5

it looks to me as if there is some Images missing in your theme...
or that the Images that you have, have not been finished properly...

it would help a little to know what theme you are using..

as a foot note:
i went from a SMF 1.1.11 to SMF2 RC3 with out any problems what so ever, first of all de-install all Mods, converted to RC3, then installed SP2.3.2, then installed the required Mods.

i have just downloaded the theme and un-packed it, it looks like a standard curve theme with different colours, checked the images that are responsible for this fault, this image is called main_block.png and can be found in:

\Themes\Totalbluerc5\images\theme

all the images seem OK...!

i am not to sure were the problem would lie...!!

if everything in the forum looks OK, and the fault is only on the portal blocks,  then the fault must be in the calling of the image within the portal..

but hay i am no code person, sorry i can not help any further

Wow - something I THINK I know the answer to  :D - find portal.css in your default theme and copy it to your new theme.
