Title: where are the members stored

Hi.  I was deleting spam members and I accidentally deleted the admin account.  Registration is also closed.  Now I cannot log on.  Is it possible to add an admin account from a file in the server's control panel?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will be able to get plenty of help over there.
 
I don't know why they make it so easy to do that!
