Hello,
I have a forum (smfnew2.com) which has EzPortal in it. I don't like EzPortal since the Shoutbox is annoying, and there are a few bugs. I want Simple Portal installed in my forum, but I cannot find the Package Manager in the forum. Can anyone tell me how can I install Simple Portal in smfnew2 forum?
I have already downloaded the Simple Portal mod.
Thanks!

You already have EzPortal. So I don't think that you can have 2 portals.
You have to remove EzPortal in order to install SimplePortal.

crazyboy,
SimplePortal is installed on an SMF forum just like EZPortal is installed.
You should probably uninstall EzPortal before attempting to install SimplePortal, because EzPortal may have changed parts of the code that Simpleportal will want to find.
Your package manager is found in the admin menu, as "Packages", which should point you to /index.php?action=admin;area=packages
Please read about installing mods at http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Category:BFG
If your SMF installation seems to be missing the package manager or parts of the admin menu, you might need to re-install SMF in order to restore these functions.
