Is it possible to make scrolling Who's online?

The solution is to use a marquee:

I think the simplest way to wrap it around Who's Online is to use Blocks-in-Blocks from within a custom php block, in a similar way to what this user did: http://simpleportal.net/index.php?topic=5195.msg31438#msg31438 (http://simpleportal.net/index.php?topic=5195.msg31438#msg31438)
