Please, if someone can tell me What is the code to show online member color name in custom blocks? Thank you

You can use the sp_loadColors() function. You just need to pass the user ids as an array and colored profile links will be loaded in the $color_profile global array. As an example, you can check out the sp_latestMember() function in Sources/PortalBlocks.php file.
