Hi,
I need a block "My best friends".
Should look like "Top Posters".

How are 'best friends' ranked?

Best friends can be in each group.
I would like to enter their member ID in the block.

So, you want each user, to be able to choose the users which are shown in that block?

Sound very similar to SMF's built in 'buddy lists', which you can enable in the admin panel via 'Configuration' -> 'Features and Options' -> 'Basic Features' -> 'Enable buddy lists'.

A block based on that system would be easier to make.

The buddy system is not active. It will not be activated.

You cannot make such a block without the buddy system activated.

OK, the Buddy-List is enable.
