Hello I need help Configuring my banner with my needs but the Forum and portal seem to have different Config Files i want to add a custom banner and remove the Hello USERNAME. It Work on my forum when i edited the file but it wont seem to work on any portal pages

Banners/ logos are usually done in your theme - I would look for help there. I dont think Simple Portal changes anything in your header.
