I too have this problem... and i don't have any mods installed.

No Google code, no extra javascripts code... nothing.
The refresh keeps rolling and don't get refreshed.

You have a different issue then, if its not due to other faulty javascript. Split this topic from the other one.

Could you please post a link to your website? And a test user account, so that I can see the issue happening on your site, and try to debug it there.
