Hi all!
Wanted to say thanks for the hard work on SP 2.3!
I'm currently running SP 2.3 and SMF 1.1.10.
Also, after installing 2.3 , I'm getting this error:
8: Undefined index: session_var
File: (part of file path removed).../Themes/default/languages/Post.english.php (portal_above sub template - eval?)
Line: 111
I've tested a few things, and it seems to be happening when I have the shoutbox block enabled and active on my portal, and then I hit the "Home" button to go to the portal. That's when I get this error.
Can anyone help?
Thanks!

Congrats, you have found a bug.
Themes/default/PortalShoutbox.template.php
\'' . $context['session_var'] . '\'
\'sc\'
Only affects SMF 1.1 versions on Internet Explorer.

Or...The bugs find me :)

You're welcome. I hope you enjoy it! ;)

I'm getting the same error. Do you mean to completely replace all of this line: \'' . $context['session_var'] . '\' with: \ 'sc\'?
Please tell me exactly between what and what I need to place \ 'sc\'
I tried replacing \'' . $context['session_var'] . '\' with \ 'sc\', but then my forum went down. So I had to reverse things back to the way it was.

Try performing that edit again, if it doesn't work. Then can you please attach that file so that we can have a look over it?

I just tried the edit again. Still causes my forum not to be accessible. I attached the file here. Thank you for looking at it. :)

The file you attached seems to be correctly edited. What is the exact error you are getting when you replace your file with that one?

I get a parse error code when I replace my file with this one.
If this helps, on my PortalShoutbox.template, where I should see, \'' . $context['session_var'] . '\' instead I see \'' . $context['session_var'] . ', \'' So when I replace my file with the correctly eidited one I get a parse error
