Title: HAving a weird issue with Recent Posts/Topics blocks.

I have a recent posts block on my portal, and I'm having a weird issue where users who have never logged into the website and stored a cookie get transported to the news articles page whenever they click on one of the topics.  For anybody who has a cookie, everything seems to work fine. What gives?

The problem is for some users when they click on any link in the recent topics block, they wind up getting a link like this (http://bsnooch.com/forums/index.php?PHPSESSID=jsqre5083r479phdc4mle4vn82&/page,rules.html?PHPSESSID=jsqre5083r479phdc4mle4vn82)...
