Title: ShoutBox Error

When I try to create a ShoutBox it gives me an error saying:
"There either aren't any shoutboxes created yet or there aren't any shoutboxes that haven't already been published in a shoutbox block.
A new shoutbox can be created here."

What do I do to fix this?

I found the "create a shoutbox"
You have to create one before you can use it as a block.
