Replacing icons, download the file, then upload the Themes/defaul/images and Themes/your theme/images folder.

Don't know, what is it about SimplePortal? And the copyright of these icons belong to you?

Hi I wanna use some white and blue combination of icon for my website, and it should look professional also.
