What do you want in SimplePortal?
My request is directed at the simple portal shoutbox
Where exactly should this apply to?
In the shoutbox as mentioned above.
The idea is to have an ALL CLEAR or PRUNE option instead of having to delete old posts one by one or in case there is any other way which surely is more complicated that /Clear option. This option allows admins to CLEAR all the shoutbox to blank with a simple command.
Any idea what files we should edit to do this?

Are you sure this shouldn't just be a mod? If you think that your idea would work better as a mod for SimplePortal then please post in the Mod Requests board.
I dont think it should be a mode rather than a built in option with the simple portal shoutbox.
