Title: divide top and bottom

hello there again :)

is it possible to put the top (or bottom) blocks beside each other
like:

row 1: <block1> <block 2>
row 2: <------block 3------>
row 3: <block4> <block 5>

maybe the option of specifying the width of each can be added too

what do you think?
